TIER 2 Support

Tier 2 support is an invaluable asset to any business. Tier 2 is the second tier of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) three-tiered approach to regulating hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). Tier 2 requires industries to submit comprehensive HAP emission information to the EPA. This information is used to develop emissions standards that are more stringent than the Tier 1 standards. Tier 2 also requires industries to install pollution control equipment to reduce HAP emissions.

 

There are a few key things that need to be included in any Tier 2 EPA report. First, the report should include an executive summary. This summary should provide an overview of the findings of the report and any recommendations that were made. Second, the body of the report should provide a detailed analysis of the data that was collected and any conclusions that were drawn from it. Finally, the appendices of the report should include all of the raw data that was collected during the study, as well as any charts or graphs that were used in the analysis.
